3. Account Registration

To use Profileo, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and use our Service.

4. Subscription Plans and Payments

Plans

Profileo offers multiple subscription plans (Mini, Starter, Professional, Advanced, Business) with different features and profile limits. The free plan provides limited functionality.

Payments

All payments are processed through NOWPayments using cryptocurrency. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to:

• Pay the applicable fees for your chosen plan
• Complete payment within the time window provided
• Subscription begins upon payment confirmation

Subscription Period

Subscriptions are available in monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual billing periods. Subscriptions do not auto-renew. You must manually renew your subscription before it expires to maintain access to premium features.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Profileo only for lawful purposes. You may NOT use the Service to:

• Engage in any illegal activities or fraud
• Violate the terms of service of any third-party platform
• Distribute malware, viruses, or other harmful software
• Conduct phishing, identity theft, or social engineering attacks
• Harass, abuse, or harm other individuals
• Infringe upon intellectual property rights of others
• Send spam or unsolicited messages
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we determine, at our sole discretion, that you are violating these Terms or engaging in harmful activities.

6. Intellectual Property

The Profileo application, website, logo, designs, code, and all related intellectual property are owned by Profileo. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the application or its components
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
• Use the Profileo brand or logo without written permission
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the Service

7. User Content and Data

You retain ownership of all data you create within Profileo, including browser profiles, cookies, and automation scripts. We do not claim ownership of your content.

Browser profiles and all associated data (cookies, local storage, fingerprints) are stored locally on your device. We do not have access to this data.

8. Service Availability

We strive to provide uninterrupted access to our Service. However, we do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to:

• Scheduled maintenance and updates
• Server or infrastructure issues
• Force majeure events beyond our control

We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned downtime in advance.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Profileo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
• Loss of data or browser profiles
• Account suspensions on third-party platforms
• Damages arising from unauthorized access to your account

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The Service will meet your specific requirements
• The Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• Browser profiles will be undetectable by all platforms
• Automation scripts will work perfectly with all websites

11. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time through the application settings or by contacting our support team.

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms of Service
• You engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
• You attempt to abuse or exploit the Service
• Your account has been inactive for more than 12 months

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Data stored locally on your device remains under your control.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if unresolved, through binding arbitration.
